Tales of Tyria #30: Red Posts Are Superior

So many Red Posts!  With an estimated 900+ responses on the Official Forums, Arenanet has blown us away with how they respond to feedback.  We cover a lot of the more interesting responces from the most recent Beta Weekend before heading into more World vs. World discussion.  Sorry for the long show guys!  We'll try to keep it to an hour in the future :)

the red shard has some advantages, but you can use good tactics to outplay the overlook-keep. you can use the hill between anzalias pass and the red shard overlook to build treps. the second strategy is to teleport on the walls, because with several skills you can teleport up on the wall of the castles, you just need a target and you don't even need to break doors (It's not always possible to teleport, but when your target is on the wall and pretty close to the outside it's possible. At stonemist castle you can port to several archers on the wall, so a sneak attack is pretty fancy :D), and you can also port to the defenders siege equipment.

i was playing a guardian and it was just fun to port up, pull all the people together with the greatsword skill and smash them from the wall right into a zerg-mop with the hammer :P
